Shipping Policy
UNITED STATES DOMESTIC SHIPPING
Fulfillment Schedule: Monday – Friday 7AM – 12:00 Noon ET. We do not fulfill orders on weekends or major holidays. We process orders within 48 hours of payment during normal business hours. If an order arrives Friday afternoon, it will not process until Monday (unless Monday is a US holiday).
Shipping Rates: Domestic orders equal to, or exceeding USD $19.99 qualify for free standard shipping.
Default Delivery Service: Once shipped, we ask that you allow 3-8 business days for standard First-Class mail deliveries. Transit times may exceed delivery estimates due to carrier delays (weather, temporary service outage). Estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on destination. Domestic delivery times for default service are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Expedited Delivery Service: We use Federal Express for our expedited service. There is a service fee for expedited service. Options and rates are available for review during the payment process. Federal Express does not ship to PO boxes. Federal Express deliveries are during normal business hours (weekdays) only. No weekend delivery service is available. Please note this when ordering later in the week. For example, orders arriving for processing Wednesday through Friday may not qualify for same week delivery depending on delivery option purchased.
P.O. Box or APO/FPO Addresses: BASTION® ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. territories, and in most cases APO/FPO/DPO addresses. For PO Boxes and APO/FPO/DPO addresses, BASTION® uses USPS First-Class delivery as the default service.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING (OTHER THAN USA AND TERRITORIES)

If an order arrives Friday afternoon, it will not process until Monday (unless Monday is a holiday for fulfillment center).
Shipping Rates: International orders equal to or exceeding $19.99 USD qualify for free standard shipping. For orders below $19.99 USD, the International order shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Default Delivery Service: Once shipped, we ask that you allow 7-14 business days for standard mail deliveries (see regional estimates below). Transit times may exceed delivery estimates. We ask that you allow additional days in transit due to national holidays, inclement weather, international courier and customs delays beyond our control.
Expedited Delivery Service: We do not offer expedited delivery service to international destinations.
International Delivery Estimates (region): Estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on destination. International delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
West/East Europe, Australia, India - 7-10 business days
Canada, Africa, South America - 10-14 business days
China - 3-5 business days
Customs & Duties: BASTION® does not assume responsibility for customs and duty fees for international orders. Verified customs or duty fees imposed on the customer by the destination country upon arrival of their order may be eligible to be reimbursed by BASTION®. Please contact our Customer Service team if you’ve incurred such customs or duty fees.
SHIPPING CONFIRMATION & TRACKING INFORMATION
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order is fulfilled. The confirmation includes the tracking number, which should be active within 48 hours of receipt of the email. If you have not received an order tracking update within 3 business days (domestic) or 10 business days (international) of your order payment date, please contact our Customer Service team.
SHIPMENT DAMAGE
BASTION® will replace orders that have been damaged during the shipping process. If you’ve received a product that is not working due to damage during shipping, please contact our Customer Service team within 3 business days of receiving your order. We require clear pictures of the damage to the shipping container (envelope/box) AND damage to the product.
LOST OR STOLEN ORDERS
BASTION® does not reimburse or replace orders that have been confirmed as delivered by the courier and are reported as lost or stolen. Contact law enforcement for theft-related issues. In some circumstances, you may be able to file a loss claim with your home/renter’s insurance.
