I love this pen, has good weight and feels smooth in the hand, kind of a matte feel to it. i’ve been looking for a good EDC pen and didn’t want to spend $100. This is definitely worth it to me. Hope you guys produce more because I’m definitely a customer!Great Product!

Works great, writes very smooth

Awesome pen-great quality and writes nice and clearly.  It is a well made pen and has some good distributed weight to it.

I am passionate about nice pens I used to buy mont blanc pens as a young salesman to look successful used to buy them for my lawyer friend too. unfortunately not, I always lost them, not!  why is that? cause I would have never found this pen if I have not lost them this pen is way better than mont blanc at 300 400 dollars way more solid, stylish you can feel the quality in the heaviness when you hold it when ill sign important documents with It ill be signing them with strength, determination, and class at 27 $ I'm so stocked,  I do non-profit work now can't afford mont blanc and good I have bastion I looked up what it means too. here's what it means, an institution, place, or person strongly defending or upholding particular principles, attitudes, or activities. exactly what this pen feels in my hand.the picture does not do it justice. I added a little loop to tie it so I don't lose my favorite all-time pen. that's my only suggestion for this pen weld a tiny metal strip on the back to tie the pen and for style.

Well-designed, nice weight & balance, feels good in the hand.

I bought this pen because I wanted a machined pen that had a fidget factor to it. I wasn't thrilled with the look though,  it appeared a bit plain.  It sat on my desk and just did regular pen duty for awhile. Meanwhile I developed an interest in tactile pens and picked up a couple cheap ones on Amazon. Nice, but carrying them visibly in my shirt pocket generated comments and questions from friends and associates. More comments if someone needed to borrow it. I started carrying the Bastion instead. It wasn't exactly what I wanted but it has a good strong clip and feels solid in the hand even though it has a blah look to me. Then I realized this IS a tactile pen that 100% does not look like one. No more comments on what's in my pocket. The only comment I get if someone borrows it is 'heavy' or 'nice'. No self consciousness if I need to write in public. This pen has been in my pocket nearly everyday for two years. Honestly my favorite pen right now. The titanium is a great weight. It still has good heft but not so heavy to feel it while writing. I also have the Bastion mechanical pencil but in stainless. It's a little top heavy and fights me a bit to write with it. I think the titanium is a good balance of comfort and heft.

If you want a high precision pen that will last you a lifetime, this is it.

I like the looks of the Carbon Fiber/Stainless Steel Bastion Pen, but it weights a lot for use during extended writing periods.  After a while, I feel wanting my old Parker Jotters.  Craftsmanship was great, and the bolt actuator is well executed.  Biggest complaint was that I was sent a USED pen!  Original packaging was missing, someone had been writing on the pen's box, the clip was bent away from the pen shaft, and the ink cartridge was nearly empty when it arrived.  Really, Bastion!  Send me a new one...one of the Titanium ones instead.Since I wrote my initial review (paragraph above), Bastion has reached out to me to rectify my issue.  They have been very responsive and more than fair in resolution.  Bastion is a great company! They stand by their products and their reputation.  I plan on buying from them in the future.Their bolt action pens are awesome!  The stainless steel-carbon fiber selection is stunning.

This was my first every day carry pen I purchased. I absolutely loved it. I am super impressed with the quality of Bastion products. I found the pen was on the heavy side so I purchased the slim version and that is now what I use. As long as you understand how heavy this pen is I would strongly recommend it. The action is great and I love the feel of the bolt. I will continue to use Bastion pens.

I won’t buy another “expensive” pen till I run this one to the ground, but after using this one, I can’t go back to bic. I love how you don’t have to press the pen down, the weight of the pen does that work for you which helps in days where I need to write a lot down.

Great pen I use it daily at work and it is an excellent pen for a lot of writing.

Very satisfied with the quality of this own, especially for the price point. It is very weighty and feels well made. It was delivered within a couple days which was an added plus. Highly recommended.
