This is a ONE TIME CUSTOMER PRODUCTION RUN, meaning that we will only make one batch of these custom pens. No pen is the same due to the nature of hand anodizing titanium.
We will collect pre-orders till END NOVEMBER. Anodizing takes around 2-3 weeks. Finished pens will be shipping around Mid/End-December.

Precision CNC machining keeps the movement clean and consistent, giving you satisfying mechanical feedback every time you engage it. Yes. Bastion bolt action pens are designed to feel comfortable in either hand. The bolt is positioned for easy thumb operation whether you write left-handed or right-handed.
Every pen arrives ready to use with a fine-point black ink refill that delivers smooth, consistent lines with no ink blotches.
All current Bastion standard and Slim bolt action pens use the classic Parker-style G2 refill, also known as the ISO G2 or International G2 format.
This is not the same as a Pilot G2 refill. Some wider third-party Parker refills may also have fit issues, so Bastion replacement cartridges are recommended for the most reliable fit and smooth operation.
Changing the refill is simple and does not require any tools.
- Retract the writing tip.
- Unscrew the front section of the pen.
- Remove the old refill and set the small spring aside.
- Place the spring over the writing end of the new refill.
- Insert the new refill and screw the front section back on until snug.
- Test the bolt action and write a few lines on paper.
If the refill feels stuck, does not retract, or creates resistance in the bolt action, remove it rather than forcing the mechanism. Confirm that it is the correct Parker-style G2 size or use a Bastion replacement cartridge.
