Depending on hand size will dictate which is better. The bigger or regular pen has 13 mm barrel which I found hard to hold and write with as my fingers kept sliding down towards the paper. I had to purchase a triangular grip to slide onto the barrel which is either silicone or some type of rubbery material in order to stop that sliding motion. The pen writes great. The only problem I will have is, the grip goes on hard, so it is going to come off hard when I have to change the ink cartridge. The slim pen is easy to hold and grip at about 10 mm in size. It writes great as well right out of the box. I by the way have decent sized hands wearing either a large or extra large glove depending on the glove type and cut. Broader palms but fingers that are not quite a match to the palm size being they are slightly shorter than you would think that matches.

Love the engineering and weight. Absolutely love this pen.

Great feeling hand! Great writer! Awesome fidget pen! Only addition I might suggest is about an inch of knurled area near tip of pen. This would provide an even better grip.

The mechanism is excellent. I’ve always preferred a click pen, this takes that to the next level! The weight is perfectly balanced. Very pleased with my purchase.
