Excellent Support!

I bought a bolt action pen to cast my vote in the 2024 presidential election and apparently bent the tip rendering the pen inoperable. I as sad. The company went to great lengths to send me a replacement part and I am back in action! It is literally the kind of business I want to work with.

Quality of Replacement Parts

I have two pens (stainless steel and aluminum), and I love them! They are well balanced and writing with them is very smooth. I lost a tip to one of them and ordered a replacement tip, gasket, spring and some additional ink cartridges. The shipment was incredibly fast. I also was very pleased with the quality of the tip. It is so well machined that, when looking ati it, you would never know that it was a separate part of the pen! Great product!
