Pens are as advertised and great quality. The bolt action mechanism is easy to use and the material allows you to not worry about breaking/bending any tips. Ordering refills to be shipped to my home in Ontario was a bit frustrating, but I was able to get them shipped to my in-laws place in Fla. I received the replacement in cartridges and I'm still very impressed.
Ordered replacement ink cartridges and rubber o-ring seals between barrel and cartridge receiver. Parts were in stock, easy to find and identify, and shipped efficiently without mistakes. I give that 5 stars.
