Order Protect covers:

  • DAMAGE: Shipment damage by carrier not covered under carrier's policy (default insurance minimum per package).  Claims must prove damage via photos and/or return items. Notice of damage must reach Seller within 3 business days of receipt of shipment.  Seller will replace damaged items.

 

  • LOST IN TRANSIT: Loss by carrier during transit (shipment not designated as "delivered" by carrier). Carrier tracking indicates lack of movement seven (10) business days beyond reasonable delivery estimates.  Seller will replace lost shipment.

Order Protect does not cover:

  • THEFT: Stolen shipments or stolen items (post-shipment). Seller is not liable for theft at any point. This is an issue that must be managed through law enforcement and personal home/renters insurance.

 

  • MISSING: Shipments designated as "delivered" by carrier, but claimed missing by recipient.  Delivered/Missing is not a lost shipment and theft is not ruled out by default. Porch pirates and in-home thefts are increasing, especially during the holidays. It is important for customers to monitor tracking schedules and to communicate with their carrier to ensure shipment is secure upon delivery. Customers are advised to pay for guaranteed delivery service where delivery schedules are predictable and signature is required at time of delivery to avoid issues that may arise with non-guaranteed service.

Claims for DELIVERED/MISSING shipments require customer contact with carrier to investigate delivery method/location. Carriers do not provide search trace for shipment designated as delivered, so it is not feasible for a Seller to process a trace. There are times when a carrier's tracking system shows delivered by mistake. Often packages are scanned as delivered at a sorting center rather than at the final destination. We ask that customers wait 1-2 business days after tracking designation for the shipment to be delivered to its final destination.  In the meantime, customers should contact their local facility and provide the tracking number to find out the status of the shipment. Customers have more detailed information about their premises, mail receptacle, security, daily schedules, etc., than the Seller. It is more efficient for the customer to work directly with carrier to determine the status of the shipment in question.

    Where is it shipping from? and do you ship worldwide?

    We ship daily from our facility in Atlanta, GA.  We ship worldwide. 

    USA orders are shipped via USPS,  overseas are shipped via DHL.

    Do you offer FREE SHIPPING?

    Yes, ALL USA ORDERS over $75 ship for FREE. Overseas orders are shipped via DHL and you have to cover the cost of shipping. We realize that DHL rates are much higher than other carriers, however, over the last 12 months, DHL is the only carrier we can rely on. Many packages got lost and delayed by other carriers.

    Can I return my pen if I don't like it?

    Absolutely, if for whatever reason you are not happy with your purchase, we accept returns! 

    What other materials do you offer?
